I suppose I owe you all a bit of an explanation, to say the very least.

Last year, I had a short period of time where I was forced to take a month off DA due to a busy schedule and such.

This year, I forced myself to take a month off. Because, quite frankly, I needed to pull myself together and re-evaluate my standpoint in life. Whether or not it was evident to you, as my friends and watchers, I was in one of the sorriest states a human being could be in. Not only was I overridden with depression and hopelessness, but I was predominately suffering inwardly. The lost-love poems I felt compelled to write only fueled my problem. It was a continued downward spiral until I woke up one morning and realized: This is NOT me.

So I grabbed the bull by the horns {excuse the triteness of that expression} and took full control of my life for the first time in months. And now, I couldn't be happier. I have a new, more positive and healthy outlook on life and love, and I'm finally back in the right direction.

So please, excuse me ignoring you all for like a month. It wasn't to be mean or because I was too lazy to check your deviations and journal entries. I ask you all to understand where I was at in life....and to please forgive me for dropping off the face of the planet for a month.

What I'm going to have to do, however, is start from scratch. I'm going to delete all deviantwatch deviations {eventually I will get back to all 1,025 of them...sometime in the future}and read your comments but not respond unless absolutely necessary. Once I get through everything, I'll be able to jump back into my usual deviantarting behavior.

there's been a multitude of things that have kept me off DA for the past few days...

-killer geometry test I needed to ace to do well for the quarter
-my new job..Rite Aid...exciting...
-slowly recuperating from the deadliest disease in the world{that I contracted on Saturday night}...it's called heartbreak. sadly, there's no remedy for that but time ._. </3
-preparing for the English presentation I had to give today...I had to teach the class about something, so I taught the fundamentals of quidditch. of course, I had to make the quaffle, bludgers, golden snitch, posterized diagram of a quidditch pitch, etc, not to mention memorize the four page outline I created for the presentation...yes, I adore the potterverse, but it did take some time to memorize that a quidditch pitch is 500 ft. long, 180 ft. wide, with a small central circle two feet in diameter for the release of the balls {and the rest of the excessively detailed information that went with it}.

so yeah....you can understand why I haven't been on here. ugh, I can't wait until school is over....my life will be so much simpler.

But AAAANYWAY, I'm going away until Sunday night....I got chosen to represent my school in some HOBY leadership conference like 3 hours away...and I obviously won't have access to DA. which makes me wanna cry ;_; so I won't be able to converse with you all for a bit...forgive me xD

My compi was all screwed up and broken, so I couldn't get on devart the WHOLE TIME....AND I MISSED YOU ALL SO SO SO MUCH....AND I WAS GOING THROUGH MASSIVE, PAINFUL WITHDRAWAL.
